SIAL Vietnam is the newest show in the SIAL Network and brings the SIAL concept to one of the fastest-growing food markets in Southeast Asia. The show connects international suppliers with importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice and food processing companies from Vietnam and the wider ASEAN region.

SIAL Vietnam 2026 takes place from 11 to 14 November 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, alongside Food Expo International. It is part of the SIAL Network, the world’s largest network of food trade fairs.
