1. Introduction
Orange Exhibition Management ("OEM", "we", "us") respects your privacy. We only use your personal data to handle your exhibition participation, answer your questions and keep you informed if you ask us to. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. What data we collect
Exhibition request form: the exhibition you are interested in, your name, company name, email address and (optionally) your phone number.
Participation contract: when you register for an exhibition, we use the details on the contract, such as your company name and address, contact persons with their job titles, phone numbers and email addresses, invoice details and information about your products.
Direct contact: if you email or call us, we use the details you share with us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
Website use: when you visit our website, cookies may be placed. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie settings on this website.
4. Why we use your data
To process your request and organise your participation in an exhibition (performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract).
To list your company in the exhibitors list on our website and in exhibition materials, as agreed in the participation contract.
To send you relevant information about our exhibitions as an exhibitor (legitimate interest).
To answer your questions (legitimate interest).
To send you updates about upcoming exhibitions and deadlines, only if you signed up for our newsletter (consent).
To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records (legal obligation).
Photos
During exhibitions we take photographs of the NL Pavilion and the stands. As agreed in the participation contract, we may use these photographs for publicity, for example on our website and social media.
5. Who we share your data with
We only share your personal data when this is necessary to organise your participation, for example with the exhibition organiser, stand builders or logistics partners. We also use service providers for hosting our website and sending our newsletter. These parties may only use your data for the task we give them.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Data related to an exhibition participation is kept for the duration of our business relationship. Financial and administrative records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
see which personal data we hold about you;
have your data corrected or deleted;
object to the use of your data or limit it;
receive your data in a common format;
withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from our newsletter via the link in every email.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised access. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
