SIAL China is one of Asia’s leading food and beverage trade fairs and a gateway to one of the largest consumer markets in the world. Every May, importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice and e-commerce buyers from across China and Asia come to Shanghai to discover new products and suppliers.

SIAL China 2027 takes place from 18 to 20 May 2027 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The show is part of the SIAL Network, the world’s largest network of food trade fairs.
